H&J has entered into a partnership with Reading Rep Theatre to be one of two founding corporate sponsors. Reading Rep is a multi-award winning theatre charity which produces bold and experimental work from their state of the art newly built theatre. Reading Rep also provides valuable outreach services to the local community and seeks to support access to the theatre to sections of society not typically engaged.
On 31 October 2023 launched its corporate partnership scheme at a gala event at its newly built theatre with H&J in attendance alongside Reading Rep's other founding corporate partner, Ernst & Young. The launch night was also attended by the charity's royal patron, HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.
